Leading Reliance's New Zealand business, Adam has spent over 20 years’ working in the venues, events, tourism and hospitality sectors across the UK and New Zealand. He has extensive experience in operational and logistical management, incident planning, crisis preparedness and response, with additional success in executive leadership and governance roles. He has a passion for working with clients to develop programs and strategies that keep people safe, facilitating practical, hands-on workshops and training, and delivering pragmatic and straightforward advice across all areas of resilience, risk and safety management.

Adam holds an LLB (Laws) from the UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Management and Disaster Risk Management and a Level 6 NZ Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety. He is a certified member of the Business Continuity Institute and a professional member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management, the NZ Institute of Directors, is HAZANZ registered and holds several Board positions. 

Adam also has a Private Security Personnel Licence Authority (PSPLA) licence to operate as a Security Consultant in New Zealand.
